THE INTERVIEW- STEP ONE

Give us a call and we'll set up a time to come view your property and hear your goals. We'll come prepared with a Comparative Market Analysis so you can see what properties near you have been selling for in the past few months and what you might reasonably expect to be able to sell yours for. We will share with you a little presentation showing what we do differently than almost every other brokerage in town and why we feel we offer some of the very best listing services in the OKC metro area. We'll answer any questions you have and leave you some things to think through as well.

PRE-LISTING- STAGE TWO

Once you've decided to have Kalhor Group Realty list your property, we'll come back and do a pre-listing staging and decor consultation to help you get the property ready so that it will be the most attractive to the highest number of potential buyers. 

We'll have our photographer and videographer come out and capture the property in a beautiful way utilizing high end cameras, stabilized video and drone imaging. 

Then we create a custom property website. We design and print professional quality brochures and posters for your property.  And we throw in a few extra third party services we like to surprise you with.

GOING LIVE - STEP THREE

Once you're ready to put your property on the MLS we'll roll out the red carpet and unleash our marketing geniuses to blast your property across the web to the right clients who may be looking for your house. You'll be notified constantly about everything happening on the listing and we'll give feedback along the way to help make informed decisions that will help get your property sold fast.
